I would like to show my appreciation for the successful delivery of our Design & Build project in Wuhan, China located on the 50th floor of Yuexiu Fortune Center, Wuhan. It has been a great journey together, especially given the fast track nature of the project build out and the challenging project schedule from day one. The challenges that COVID brought and the resulting government social distancing measures that had to be adhered to meant that the project was off to a challenging head start. However, S&techs has demonstrated excellent teamwork with SAP and trades and coupled with the experience + relationship with the landlord, this wonderful workplace was delivered on time & budget. Special thanks to Jeffrey Liu, Alex Heung and James Jiang for without their supervision and dedication to the project, SAP would not have relocated on time and on budget. This team has single handedly brought the program back on track after a shaky start and kept a tight rein on other trades to ensure that timelines were adhered to.
