S&techs was engaged by Bose Corporation to provide Construction Management and Main Contracting services for their Consolidation Projects in multiple locations. We were engaged in the early Design Development / Pre-Construction Phase of the project to provide Master Planning / Scheduling, Budgeting and Value Engineering, Works Contractor selection and tendering / award.
S&techs engaged all works contractors including the Building designated ‘B’ works contractors in Tokyo for the works.
Once each project commenced, S&techs managed the on site activites of the Works Contractors and Suppliers, Coordinated Bose Direct Vendors, managed Quality and maintained Cost Control.
