S&techs was engaged as the Main Contractor by Burberry, the luxury clothing and accessories brand to construct a complex internal staircase in their flagship store located in the Pacific Place Mall, Hong Kong.
The project included the design & construction of a complex interconnecting area within the store including managing all trade contractors and Client Direct AV / IT Contractors.
The project involved Building Department liaison / interface to obtain appropriate approvals and final inspection sign off.
