Our Client required a Team that could work in close collaboration to achieve the Project’s unique characteristics with the utmost attention to detail while maintaining schedule and cost parameters. S&techs were engaged prior to the local Consultants to work with the internationally based Concept Designer to assist in the sourcing of products that had history and could tell a story (Reclaimed Wood, Stone and Objects ‘D’ Art). The project comprised of the fit-out of two floors, the first floor expansion space (Phase 1) then the demolition and fit-out of the Clients existing floor (Phase 2).
S&techs also provided engineering design & consulting services via SC Consultants and engaged Principle One to carry out all IT/AV & Security Works. Materials, Finishes and Furniture were sourced and procured by S&techs from various locations in Asia, Europe and the US. All built-in components for the project are unique and bespoke and the end result is a stunning space reflecting the Concept Designer & the Clients vision.
