The project comprised the delivery of a data centre facility located within the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park. It was a major retrofit of an existing industrial building including the addition of a mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor was positioned between the ground & first floors where the data halls were located and accommodated the UPS and transformer rooms. This resulted in a more efficient cable distribution layout.
The Data Centre houses six data halls with a total of 18,000 sqm of purpose built data centre development over three phases. Phase I is complete and consists of 5.7MW Total Load and 2500 sqm of data halls. Deploying Turn-Key FlexSM (TKF) design topology of the data centre features.
