S&techs was engaged by Nan Fung Developments to construct the new Surf Restaurant at Airside, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The works included the complete internal Fit-Out of the Restaurant, Kitchen, Shower/ Bathroom/ Changing Rooms as well as the installation of the Surf Pool.
The main challenge is the 9-metre head room, which led to difficulties in installation. Further, we catered a no-drill-zone in the ceiling due to structure consideration.
