S&techs was commissioned to oversee Honeywell (China) Co. Ltd’s Research and Development Centre Building Construction in Shanghai. The building comprised of four floors with a glazed curtain wall system. S&techs provided supervision & co-ordination for the project including controlling the rate of progress, budget, quality and safety during the entire progress of the project. This fast track project was completed in 15 months, on schedule, and to quality and budgetary goals.
