S&techs was engaged to renovate 158 Guest Rooms over 25 Floors, Construct Suites, and build a new Reception Area and Renovate the Entrance Areas to the Hotel. All works were carried out while the Hotel was in full operation. All Rooms were decorated in an ultra modern fashion to reflect the Hotel brand. S&techs collaborated with ALT-254and the Hotel Management to achieve the project programme, quality and budget goals.
