Offering a wide range of design and construction services, S&techs performs each job with focus and dedication. Our construction services are second to none in the industry, as noted by our satisfied clients whose repeat assignments represent approximately 80% of S&techs annual work.

Utilizing comprehensive in-house capabilities and state-of-the-art systems, our organization provides a full range of expert services to assist you from the earliest project stages through closeout and commissioning. We are flexible to best meet your needs and objectives and thus package our services into the delivery method that is optimal to meet your project goals, schedule and budget.

Our services highlighted below can be procured as part of a construction program or a la carte-the later focusing S&techs attention and expertise on one, or a few, select services to supplement and/or support your in-house facilities staff. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each project and client.

Site Selection Services

S&techs will assist Clients in the Site Selection process investigating local infrastructure, land use conditions, local laws and regulations.

Basic Planning

S&techs will provide a Preliminary Design/Layout Proposal, Cost Estimate and Preliminary Schedule.

Design Development

Develop the design refine the Cost Estimate and prepare the Master Schedule.

Local Government Submission

Prepare & Submit Design Development Package and necessary forms for Government Submissions. Attend Meetings with Local Government Officials, and amend submissions based on comments received.

S&techs provides full design & engineering services from Preliminary Design to full design development. S&techs has in-house design & engineering staff and for more complex projects regularly partners with Design & Engineering Consultants to offer Design & Construction Expertise.

S&techs will provide initial budgeting services utilizing our extensive database of costs to assist Clients in determining their expenditure requirements. As the design & engineering is progressing, S&techs will refine the Budget Estimate accordingly. Should it be noted that the design is exceeding the initial planned Budget, S&techs will engage in extensive Value Engineering working closely with the Team to bring the design cost back in line.

When providing Construction Management services, S&techs is in a position to engage in early procurement of Long Lead Items in order to ensure the Schedule is not in jeopardy.

S&techs will also share on an Open Book basis Subcontractors’ & Vendors’ Quotations received to ensure the Client is comfortable that the best pricing is being obtained in the market.

S&techs will contract with and manage all Subcontractors and Vencors.

S&techs will provide both preliminary and detailed Schedule and Programming services including Critical Path analysis and detailed Phasing Plans.

S&techs will provide full-time on-site Construction Supervisory. Technical and Health & Safety personnel to rigorously monitor project progress and quality

S&techs will coordinate and manage Client Direct Vendors such as Furniture, Audio Visual & IT and bring them into the planning and project completion process.

S&techs will complete all O&M Manuals and As-Built Drawings and provide the Client with all required warranties and guarantees. In addition, S&techs will manage all final inspections, Client Staff Training and submit the Final Account for approval.

S&techs will expedite the completion of all snagging / punch items in a timely fashion ensuring the Subcontractors cooperate and participate in the snagging completion process.
