for the Hong Kong Football Club in Happy Valley, Hong Kong.
S&techs was engaged by the Hong Kong Football Club as Main Contractor to carry out the extensive renovation programme while the Hong Kong Football Club was in operation. The scope included the complete demolition of the existing facilities and the construction of new facilities to the updated design. There was extensive waterproofing, plumbing & drainage, electrical and mechanical works involved in the phased renovation programme.
