S&techs was engaged by WPP to provide high end Fit-Out services for their Hong Kong Campus facility including interconnecting stairs to a fast-track schedule and a high level of finish. Due to multiple internal Clients, the project involved close coordination and collaboration with the Client & Consultant Team.
Stringent budget constraints required S&techs to engage with WPP and JLL in extensive Value Engineering and cost exercises to ensure that the budget was being adhered to.
Challenges included the effect of the COVID-19 disruption to normal business activities within The Hong Kong Building Department and the lead time of some equipment and materials from Mainland China. However with close collaboration between S&techs, WPP, JLL and the other appointed Consultants for the successful completion of the project.
